We constructed a new 14,000 sq. ft. building addition at Putnam Valley High School which included an indoor turf field, storage and mechanical room and connecting vestibule to the existing building. At Putnam Valley Middle School, we completed a 9,000 sq. ft. addition and renovation project which transformed an existing open courtyard into a new entrance and classrooms, complete interior renovation of existing adjacent spaces to create an expanded auditorium, new kitchen, new bathrooms and locker room upgrades.

Phase One of this project included improvements to three schools: Somers High School, Somers Middle School and Somers Intermediate School. The project included mechanical and electrical upgrades, door replacements, and egress upgrades, meeting SED requirements. We also completed athletic field improvements, which included new visitor bleachers, scoreboard, pathways and fencing.
Phase One also included a complete rehabilitation of the high school’s existing 3,500 sq. ft. fitness center. We performed demolition, and renovated the space with new flooring, wall pads, equipment, paint and electrical upgrades.

We converted an existing classroom into a new community health clinic. Upgrades included electrical, mechanical, plumbing and associated finishes and accessories for a fully operational clinic space. Enhancements to exterior sidewalks and parking lot, interior corridor and lobby area were also part of this project to create an inviting space.
