Gym, Hallway, Cafeteria Renovations
This project was a 13,000 sq. ft. renovation of the schools cafetorium, gymnasium and connecting corridors. We performed asbestos abatement; installed new flooring, wall pads, acoustical ceilings, wall panels, and electrical and control upgrades; painted; and provided stage upgrades.

We converted an existing classroom into a new community health clinic. Upgrades included electrical, mechanical, plumbing and associated finishes and accessories for a fully operational clinic space. Enhancements to exterior sidewalks and parking lot, interior corridor and lobby area were also part of this project to create an inviting space.

We performed a major overhaul of two existing classrooms in order to convert the space into a new community health clinic for Montefiore Hospital. The scope of work included asbestos abatement; demolition and removal; new finishes; and electrical, mechanical and plumbing upgrades, including a new rooftop AC unit, dedicated controls and fire alarm system.
